We had a fantastic trip with friends! Loved visiting the Ross Park Zoo and catching a Binghamton Devils game. The hotel staff was super nice, our rooms were comfy, and breakfast was great. Definitely a good spot for local attractions!

Had a riverfront room which was pretty cool. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly great, with fresh fruit and hot coffee served at the table. The indoor pool looked nice too. There was a gym for working out.

My stay at Holiday Inn Binghamton-Downtown Hawley Street was delightful. The lobby exudes warmth with its cozy fireplace, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring easy access for seniors like me. I felt truly welcomed during my entire visit.

More accessible seating in dining areas would help.
